COVID Statement

As an employer SEM are committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our employees and other stakeholders in response to the Covid-19 outbreak.
We have adopted a strategy of:
  • Clearly complying with UK Government Advice and Guidance.
  • Assessing and controlling the risk of infection.
  • Communicating and consulting regarding our work to reduce risk.
  • Supporting the Welfare and Wellbeing of our staff.

We have put in place organisational arrangements that will allow us to carefully implement our response plans and to monitor the ongoing effectiveness of our risk reduction measures.
We ensure that our employees and other stakeholders who may be affected are properly informed about the risks and that the appropriate steps are taken to reduce them.
Information is provided to enable our employees and others to understand and adhere to the risk control measures that we believe are necessary to minimise the risk of transmission of the disease.
